書式
1.先頭から空白を取り除きます
select concat(文字列1,trim(文字列2),文字列3);

2.末尾から空白を取り除きます
select concat(文字列1,trim(trailing from 文字列2),文字列3);

3.取り除く位置と取り除く文字列を指定します
select concat(文字列1,trim(both 指定文字列 from 文字列2),文字列3);

操作例

1.先頭および末尾から空白を取り除きます

MariaDB [(none)]> select concat('#',trim(' study skill '),'#') result;

2.末尾から空白を取り除きます

MariaDB [(none)]> select concat('*',trim(trailing from ' study skill '),'*') result;

3.先頭と末尾から文字列 'QA’ を取り除きます。
