(bugfix) Under Windows 8, custom layouts created with KbdEdit Personal, Lite or Player edition causing long delays followed by “KbdEditServer not running" error message. For this fix to effect, layouts saved with pre-1.3.2 versions must be opened and saved back using 1.3.2.
