AndroidでThreadとHandlerでマルチスレッド処理

1.説明
post(Runnable runnable)  スレッドを起動
removeCallbacks(Runnable runnable)  スレッドをキャンセル
postDelayed(Runnable runnable,int time)  スレッドを遅延
