JSONを返却する際に利用する

@ResponseStatus(HttpStatus.BAD_REQUEST)
レスポンスのステータスコード

@ExceptionHandler({ HttpRequestMethodNotSupportedException.class })
このController内でHttpRequestMethodNotSupportedExceptionが発生した場合は、
handleErrorメソッドでハンドリングを行う。
