構文
1.decodeURIComponent(encodedURI)
エンコードされた統一資源識別子 (URI) の構成要素をデコードしたものを表す新しい文字列です。
引数encodedURI:エンコードされた URI の構成要素です。
2.encodeURIComponent(str);
与えられた文字列を表す URI 構成要素としてエンコードされた新しい文字列です。
引数str: URI の構成要素となる文字列です。
