説明
quantize(exp, rounding=None, context=None)
二つ目の操作対象と同じ指数を持つように丸めを行った、一つめの操作対象と等しい値を返します。
Decimal('1.41421356’).quantize(Decimal('1.000’))
Decimal('1.414’)
