Oracle　11gにsqlplusのアップ(up)とダウン(down)キー無効の解決方法

システム要件：
OS:centos 6.0_x64
oracle 11g

対策手順：
wget http://utopia.knoware.nl/~hlub/rlwrap/rlwrap-0.30.tar.gz
tar zxvf rlwrap-0.30.tar.gz
cd rlwrap-0.30
./configure
make
make install
vi /home/oracle/.bash_profile
最後次のコマンドを実行
# . ~oracle/.bash_profile
