1.デリゲートの定義
delegate 戻り値の型 delegate名称 (引数)
2.staticメソッドの定義

class クラス名{
  public static v戻り値の型 メソッド名（引数）
}

3.使い方
デリゲート名 cc = new デリゲート名(クラス名.staticメソッド名);
