構文
$変数 = array_filter($連想配列名, function ($value) { return $value !== null; });
第１引数の連想配列(associative array)からNullの値をキーごと削除した連想配列を生成します。

使用例

    "wa" => 22,
    "qta" => 33,
    "ka" => null,
    "sa" => null,

];

$res = array_filter($ns, function ($value) { return $value !== null; });

print_r($res);
